Once the request is approved, a reverse pick-up will typically be scheduled within 1–2 business days. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Will I receive a refund for returned/exchanged products?
Once the returned product has been received and passed our quality check, a store credit equivalent to the order value will be issued.
The store credit will be issued for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and can be used on any future purchase made on the website.
Store credit will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
