Orders

Can I change/cancel my order?

Ordinarily, once your order is placed, it quickly enters the processing stage. Therefore, it may not be possible to change or cancel your order. To make changes or cancellations, please call or email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will then assist you to the best of our ability.

How can I check my order status?

What are the online payment options available on your website?

We accept Credit/Debit cards from all major banks. Additionally, you can make payments via UPI platforms or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).

 

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the order is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Domestic deliveries typically take 5-7 business days. We will provide regular updates on the status of your orders.

What are the charges for domestic deliveries?

We offer free shipping for all prepaid domestic orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, COD charges are extra based on actuals.

How do I track my order?

If you are a logged-in user, you can track your order in the 'My Orders' section of your account. If you shopped as a guest, please contact us at +91 9311539917 or iam@contemponari.com with your order number and the email address/phone number mentioned in the order details, and we will assist you.

Who will deliver my order?

Within India, we ship through registered courier partners, Shiprocket & Delhivery. Please provide a mobile number where you can be reached and ensure your complete shipping address, including the pin-code, is accurate. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with during delivery, please do not accept the package.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact our customer care at +91 9311539917 or email us at iam@contemponari.com within 24 hours of placing the order. If you inform us late and the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to change the shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We will update you once this service becomes available.

 

Return/Exchange and Refund

What is the criteria for eligibility for return/exchange?

To initiate returns or exchanges, please contact us via email at iam@contemponari.com or call us at +91 9311539917 within 72 hours of delivery. If the return is approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 1-2 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.

Can I exchange/return products purchased at discounted prices?

Products sold at discounted prices are eligible for exchange and returns. However, during a clearance sale with a disclaimer stating "no return or exchange," those particular products will be ineligible for exchange or return.

Will I receive a refund for returned/exchanged products?

For prepaid orders, you will receive a refund for returned or exchanged products, processed via the original mode of payment within 3-5 business days. For COD orders, a gift card of the same amount will be sent to you, valid for another purchase on the website for a period of 6 months from the gift card's receipt.
