If the return is approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 1-2 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.

For prepaid orders, you will receive a refund for returned or exchanged products, processed via the original mode of payment within 3-5 business days. For COD orders, a gift card of the same amount will be sent to you, valid for another purchase on the website for a period of 6 months from the gift card's receipt.
